Personalized weight-loss care built around your health, goals, and lifestyle. Our program may include prescription weight-loss medications when appropriate, nutrition guidance, exercise planning, regular progress monitoring, and ongoing support to help you achieve and maintain healthier results.
DOT Physicals
Certified medical examinations for commercial drivers who need to obtain or renew their DOT medical certification. We complete the required health assessment, including vision, hearing, blood pressure, medical history, physical examination, and other required testing to determine medical eligibility for certification.
Sports Physicals
Pre-participation physical exams for student and recreational athletes. These visits review medical history, previous injuries, heart and lung health, strength, flexibility, joints, and overall physical readiness to help ensure athletes can participate safely.
Work & Employment Physicals
Physical examinations for pre-employment, job requirements, or return-to-work needs. Exams can be tailored to employer requirements and may include a general physical assessment, vital signs, medical history review, and completion of required paperwork.
Foot & Diabetic Foot Care
Routine and preventive foot care with special attention to patients with diabetes or other conditions that increase the risk of foot complications. Services may include diabetic foot assessments, circulation and sensation checks, skin and nail evaluation, preventive education, and treatment of appropriate common foot concerns.

We can clean and dress wounds, wrap or brace minor sprains and strains, and provide wound closure when appropriate using medical adhesive (glue), stitches, or staples. We’ll also provide clear aftercare instructions and follow-up to make sure you’re healing properly.
